Web2 developers to Web3 builders for women and students

Dev3pack is a friendly online developer initiative to onboard and follow up women and/or students coming from Web2 development, from their first steps in Web3 to their full integration as a builder inside the ecosystem. Our first objective is to support 500+ new fresh and diversified developers, during the next 6 months.

In addition to our initial commitment, we want to organize an educational day during Crecimiento. The primary objective of this program is to create a supportive and educational environment that enables students from Web2 backgrounds to become proficient Web3 developers. This involves providing comprehensive resources, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

This program aligns with Crecimiento’s long-term vision of fostering a diverse and inclusive ecosystem of skilled developers. By supporting the entry and success of underrepresented groups in Web3, we contribute to a more balanced and innovative community.

The program will help Crecimiento grow and strengthen its ecosystem by:
